How We Review: JLMMM's Checklist for Describing an Operator

This site is built around things going wrong: a deposit that hangs, a cashout that stalls. So the way JLMMM describes an operator is built around the same question, namely what could go wrong and whether the operator tells you in advance how it is handled. JLMMM is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits and runs no games. It also gives no scores. 21+.

The checklist

CriterionThe problem it helps preventWhat we look for
Payment railsA deposit sent somewhere it cannot be tracedRails named in the cashier: GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, with a reference for every payment
KYC rulesA cashout frozen for missing documentsRequirements and timing stated before you deposit
Terms clarityA bonus that blocks withdrawalWagering, eligible games, max cashout and expiry in plain figures
Support channelsNobody to askContact routes shown on the operator's own domain
Complaint routeA dead end after chatA written escalation step
Licence disclosureNobody accountableA licensee named in full and present on PAGCOR's published list
Responsible-gaming tools and app distributionLosing control; installing something unsafeSelf-service limits and exclusion; browser play without a forced installer

How the checklist is applied

  1. We read the operator's public pages: terms, cashier information, help centre, responsible-gaming page, footer.
  2. For each criterion we record whether the information is present, absent or unclear.
  3. Licence claims are compared with the regulator's published list.
  4. Payment descriptions are compared with the public rules of the rails.
  5. The result is written as plain statements. Nothing is converted into a score.

What we can and cannot verify

We can verify presence: that a document exists and says what we report. We can verify public rail facts, for example that InstaPay posts in real time and has a per-transaction cap, while PESONet settles in batches on banking days.

We cannot verify performance. How fast an operator approves a withdrawal, what it charges, its minimums and its bonus amounts are set by the operator and are not ours to assert; check its cashier page. JLMMM holds no accounts and has made no deposits or withdrawals, so no statement here rests on our own transactions. We also cannot confirm that a particular web address is the licensee's.

Payment and wording

Links may be partner links, and JLMMM may be paid a commission when a reader registers through one. Payment changes no wording. If the checklist finds a gap, the gap is reported. No operator is ranked, so no rank is for sale.

Why no scores

A troubleshooting guide lives or dies on specifics. "KYC timing not stated" helps a reader. "7.5 out of 10" does not, and it would imply testing we have not done.

Corrections

Pages are dated. If a statement is out of date or wrong, report it via the About page and it will be corrected in the text.

Before you use any operator

Run the first three rows yourself: find the cashier's rails, finish KYC, read the bonus terms. Most of the problems this site exists to fix start with one of those being skipped. Then set a spending limit, and visit the responsible-gaming page if sticking to it is hard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is JLMMM connected to any casino?

It is an independent guide. It may earn commission from partner links but does not operate, own or manage any casino.

Does JLMMM test deposits and withdrawals?

No. It holds no accounts and makes no claims from its own transactions.

Does payment affect what is written?

No. Wording and warnings are not altered by any commercial arrangement.

Why should I check things myself?

Because operator details change, and a ten-minute check on the day you sign up is more reliable than any guide written earlier.

Before You Choose an Operator

Compare PAGCOR-licensed operators, read the bonus terms and set a budget before you deposit.
